Conditions for participation in the sports event:

 

It is forbidden to carry out any action on the racetrack area that endangers the life or physical integrity of others, or to exhibit any behavior that is contrary to public morals or violates the law. It is forbidden to enter the closed area of ​​the racetrack or the area closed to spectators, or to throw anything here or on the track area.

 

The participant can only enter the sports event at the entrances specified on the ticket, with a valid wristband. The participant must register for entry at the entrance point specified on the ticket and take a seat.

 

Everyone on the racetrack area must comply with the general fire safety instructions, and it is forbidden to be on the escape routes or stairs - except during entry and exit times.

 

The spectator acknowledges that the above rules are monitored by the organizers and that they have the right to warn in case of non-compliance with the rules, to remove the spectator from the stadium area in case of a more serious or repeated act, and to hand him over to the police in case of a violation of the law. Anyone who disrupts the order of the sports event, violates the safety rules, obstructs the work of the organizers, or damages the physical integrity and property of the participants will be immediately removed by the organizers.

 

Items that cannot be brought into the sports event:

 

It is prohibited to bring weapons, glass and metal bottles, aerosol cans, pyrotechnic devices, lasers, objects declared by law to be dangerous to public safety, other sticks, stones, or any other device that may endanger other persons into the competition area.

 

In order to ensure the safe conduct of the event, the organizer reserves the right to limit the items and devices that can be brought into the event area. In particular, it is prohibited to bring into the event area drugs, pyrotechnic devices, objects or devices containing explosive, toxic or flammable substances, as well as firearms, knives with cutting edges longer than 8 centimeters, or other items that are particularly dangerous to public safety as defined in the current legislation on devices that are particularly dangerous to public safety – currently Government Decree 175/2003. (X. 28.) –. It is also prohibited to bring umbrellas or parasols into the event area for safety reasons.

 

If any of the above-mentioned items are found on a spectator, the Organizer or a designated person has the right to have these items removed.

 

It is prohibited to bring food and drinks into the event, except for food and drinks for small children and those with special diets.

 

The participant acknowledges that compliance with the above will be checked upon entry and throughout the event, and that the clothing and luggage of those intending to enter will be checked by the organizer or a police officer in order to filter out items that cannot be brought in. Anyone who violates the above prohibitions will be denied entry.

 

Items that cannot be brought into the competition area will be taken over by the security service on a handover form, then kept at the handover point located at the main entrance, which will be returned to the owner at the end of the competition day against a receipt. If a device that poses a threat to public safety is found, it must be handed over to the police representative present at the scene, along with its owner.
