Terms and Conditions RX/AX EC

 

The purchase or use of an entrance ticket for the FIA ​​KÁRAI TRANS EURO RX OF HUNGARY and FIA Autocross European Championship (event) organized by Nyirád Racing Center Nonprofit Kft. (Organizer) constitutes acceptance of the following visit conditions. The purchaser or user of the entrance ticket is entitled to enter the venue (Nyirád Racing Center) upon acceptance of the following conditions.

 

Spectators may use seating facilities in the event area, the advance placement of which is not permitted; they may be placed on the days of the competition in order of arrival and may not be left on the venue at the end of the day. The erection of a covered, foldable “pavilion” in the auditorium is permitted in order of arrival, but their stable fixation is mandatory, which will be checked by the security staff. The area located underneath may not be closed off from other spectators, so the size of the auditorium may not be reduced with it. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for objects left in the event area.

 

In order to ensure the safe running of the event, the Organiser reserves the right to restrict the objects and equipment that may be brought into the event area. In particular, drugs, pyrotechnic devices (including incense), objects or devices containing explosive, toxic or flammable substances, firearms, knives with a cutting edge longer than 8 cm are prohibited, drones, segway bicycles, scooters, skateboards, electric or explosive motorcycles, authoritarian symbols, laser devices or other devices particularly dangerous to public safety, as currently laid down in the current legislation on public safety, currently Legislative Decree No 175/2003. (X. 28.) It is also forbidden to bring into the event area: cooler bags, backpacks over 20 litres, umbrellas, parasols. The Organiser will refuse entry to any visitor arriving with any of the items listed above. If any of the above mentioned items are found on a spectator, the Organiser or a designated person has the right to have these items removed.

 

Food and beverage restrictions at the event: maximum 1 bottle of water per person (1 bottle, can or canteen of water) and 2 sandwiches or equivalent per person. Food and drink for small children may be brought in. Drinking water is available for consumption at the Nyirad Racing Center.

 

Pictures, sound and film recordings may be made at the event for personal use only and may not be used or published for commercial purposes. No person may use the name of the event or any part of it (any abbreviation or foreign language version) or any logo or graphic device in connection with the event for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the FIA.

 

Drone use is FORBIDDEN! Photos and video recordings of the event may be taken of the visitors of the event and may be used later in the media. The visitor of the event may not make any claims against the Organiser.

 

The visitor acknowledges that the racing, the event and certain related events (including without limitation any inset races) are dangerous and that he/she attends the Event of his/her own volition and that he/she attends the Event at his/her own risk. The Organiser accepts no liability for any injuries sustained during the event. Anyone parking on or around the event site is at their own risk, and the Organiser accepts no responsibility for vehicles or objects left in vehicles.

 

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen personal items. Please hand in any found items at the ticket offices!

 

The use of open flames is prohibited at the event venue! Smoking in the grandstands is strictly prohibited!

 

All ticket holders are expected to behave with care, respect and respect for safety, and to comply with the instructions and security measures given by the security staff and the organisers. Spectators must not interfere with the safe conduct of the competition and must comply with the basic rules and instructions of the organisers. Otherwise, the Organiser has the right to expel the spectator from the event and to withdraw the wristband. An expelled spectator may not return to the event with a new wristband.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time for good cause (including but not limited to changes in the operational, safety or health requirements of the FIA and/or the Event).

 

Tickets

 

Every ticket purchased online has a unique QR code. The ticket must be presented in printed or digital form (e.g. on a smartphone) at the on-site ticket offices at the event and the wristband entitling you to access can be obtained after scanning the QR code.

The Organiser cannot be held responsible for tickets with unreadable QR codes.

Copying, duplication or forgery of tickets is prohibited. The spectator who buys a forged ticket assumes all risks involved.

Damaged or forged tickets are not valid and cannot be returned to the Organiser.

The Organiser will not be liable for any unused tickets and will not refund them.

Children from 0 to 11 years of age are admitted free of charge to the standing areas, from 12 to 15 years of age junior ticket is required, and from 16 years of age adult ticket is required.

For seated tickets, children aged 0-5 years are free of charge if they do not occupy a separate seat in the grandstand, children aged 15 years and under must purchase a junior ticket, and from the age of 16 years an adult ticket.

For seated tickets, children aged 0-5 years are free of charge if they do not occupy a separate seat in the stands, children aged 15 years and under must purchase a junior ticket, and children aged 16 years and over must purchase an adult ticket.

The age of the child will be determined at the time of entry on the day of the event. To benefit from child discounts, proof of age is required for children.

Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Visitors under the age of 11 will receive a children's wristband on request, on which the name and telephone number of the legal guardian will be written, these data will not be recorded elsewhere, the data controller will not perform any data management activities with them.

Only valid wristbands will be allowed to enter the event. Before entering, the wristband must be attached to the wrist of the spectator in such a way that it cannot be removed.

A wristband valid for the whole weekend must be worn on the wrist of the spectator on both days of the event. The wristband may not be removed at the end of the first day, even if the participant wishes to participate on the second day.

It is forbidden to give the wristband to anyone else!

The Organiser is entitled to check wristbands at the entrance and exit of the venue and throughout the event.

Any spectator without an armband must leave the venue immediately. Damaged or broken wristbands will be considered invalid and the Organiser may expel the spectator wearing such a wristband from the event.

By purchasing a ticket, the Purchaser agrees to receive from the Organiser information on current information, news, surveys, offers and promotions relating to the Championships.

 

Dog Code

 

Free entry for dogs. Dogs may be brought into the event area with a leash and muzzle (if necessary) only, in accordance with the dog ownership rules. The owner is responsible for cleaning up dog waste!
