Dear Fans, Dear Friends of Sport,
After last year, the world of international motorsport will once again focus on the Nyirád Racing Center in the second half of July, as the FIA World Rallycross Championship visits Hungary for the second time. The third round of the world series is personally supported by Tibor Navracsics; the Minister of Public Administration and Regional Development has become the chief patron of the event. The minister's personal involvement is of particular importance to the domestic motorsport community and elevates Hungary's reputation in hosting world-class sporting events.
"I am delighted that the Nyirád round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship allows Hungary to show another side of itself. Foreign guests visiting here can experience our country's enthusiasm for motorsport, and we can show what excellent hosts we are for world-class sporting events. I was once again pleased to take on the chief patronage, and I trust that the Nyirád race weekend will entertain the audience with great races and exciting battles, and hopefully, we can celebrate Hungarian successes again this year!"
