Like many drivers, he began his career in karting before transitioning to larger four-wheeled machinery at the age of 14. Benjamin Bartlett is one of the most promising British drivers. In 2024, he clinched the Junior Rallycross Championship title at the season finale held under difficult weather conditions at the Knockhill circuit. He finished second overall in the championship organized by Motorsport UK, earning him a selection into the program that supports the development of promising young drivers. He is the youngest competitor in the British CrossCar Championship, yet consistently achieves podium finishes among the adults. He finished eighth overall at the Riga season opener of the FIA European Rallycross Championship.
