After winning the Autocross European Championship in the TouringAutocross division in 2017, Aleš Fučík switched disciplines and competed in three full seasons of the FIA European Rallycross Championship’s Euro RX Supercar (now RX1) category from 2018 to 2020. Initially driving a Škoda Fabia, he later switched to a former Volkswagen Polo from Marklund Motorsport. The Czech driver, who reached the semi-finals three times, finished only 32nd overall in 2018, improved to 16th position in 2019, and claimed eighth place in 2020, ahead of former championship runner-up Thomas Bryntesson, among others. Continuing to compete under the banner of KRTZ Motorsport ACCR Czech Team, Fučík also appeared in Euro RX1 in 2021, finishing 25th in the standings after entering two rounds. In 2022, his only ERX-1 start came at Nyirád, where he finished sixth. The following year, he entered two events, finishing 9th at the season opener at Nyirád and 10th at the season finale in Germany. In 2024, starting in three rounds, he failed to make the top ten at any event, managing only 11th at Nyirád, and last year he did not participate in the European Championship battles.
