Impossible RX Team
He inherited his passion for racing from his genes, as his father was a Hungarian rally champion in the II class. After starting in karting, Jankó Wieszt switched to rallycross in 2014, immediately finishing third in the championship with an old Mitsubishi, behind Zoltán Harsányi and Tamás Kárai. In 2016, he finished the season in second place, and a year later he became the champion in Super1600, followed by a few years of hiatus. In 2022, Wieszt purchased two Renault Mégane RS RX Supercars – originally developed by Prodrive for GCK for the 2018 World RX season – and is now debuting in the World Championship field.
