Born into a motorsport family—his father karted and also tried his hand at rallycross—it was no question that Ottó Horváth would also begin his automotive career in the world of gasoline fumes. This is his sixth season in rallycross. Achieving his greatest success to date in 2023 by winning the MX-5 category of the Hungarian rallycross championship. Since last year, he has been racing in the Semog XC RX Cup and has visited the Nyirád track several times. He is making his debut in the FIA European Rallycross Championship, where the car will also be new to him, apart from a test in which he covered 40 kilometers with the Škoda Fabia.
