Hungarian rallycross fans may still remember the Danish driver who finished third in the Euro RX1 final at the FIA European Rallycross Championship’s return to Nyirád in 2022 after a long absence, behind Anton Marklund and Enzo Ide. Linnemann is one of the most experienced and respected figures in European rallycross. Despite this, the greatest success of his career so far came last year when he won the 2025 RallyX Open 4WD title. He sealed the championship in dramatic fashion at a tense season finale at Estering in Germany. Previously, he had been runner-up several times in Euro RX3 with self-built cars. He is a three-time Danish champion and the only Dane ever to compete in the FIA World Rallycross Championship. This year he returned to the Euro RX1 field and finished tenth overall in Latvia.
