Nils Volland’s path was shaped by his family. His father, 13-time German rallycross champion Rolf Volland, owns the team that dominated Euro RX3 in recent years. Nils finished third overall in 2023, but with then-champion Damian Litwinowicz moving up a category, he naturally emerged as one of the top favourites for the Euro RX3 title the following season. In 2024, the favourite delivered, securing his first European title with two victories, one second place and one third place finish. He then followed Litwinowicz’s example and stepped up to Euro RX1 in 2025. Although he did not score a podium, his consistency earned him fourth overall in the championship standings.
